The American YiZungYue Internal Martial Arts Association (AYZYIM) was established to teach the martial arts community the Pre-Heaven Power Method, a revolutionary method for acquiring internal power.  The Pre-Heaven Power method is effective in enhancing a student's martial arts ability regardless of his or her style.  In other words, you don't have to change the style(s) you are practicing in order to learn it.   Learning this revolutionary method will change you at the most fundamental level, giving you optimal ways to move, and making you more powerful. 

     Our experience suggests that the following groups of people will benefit from practicing the Pre-Heaven Power Method the most:

(1) Those who have practiced internal style martial arts for a long time without getting a firm grasp of what internal power really is;

(2) Those who have practiced martial arts, internal or external, for a long time and want to sharpen their skills further;

(3) Those who are interested in learning internal style martial arts and want to start with a correct method to avoid wasting time and money.
